For old sewages further informations are necessary:
1. maximal water level in pipe according marks of sediments placed on the wall
2. diameters of manhole , depth of sediments layer
3. for actual flow, surface velocity (measureable with floats) depth and cross area ( accuracy 25 %)
4. ask for value of flow at night ( minimum), ask for dreinage waters, ask for stormwaters, ask for quality of waters (diameters of suspended solids), ask for flooding from recipient
